BYJU'S, India's leading Edtech giant, has decided to set itself apart from competitors by embracing Immersive Phygital Learning as its next strategic leap. This move is aimed at elevating engagement, strengthening retention, and driving acquisition efforts.

With the acquisition of OSMO which has Optical Character Recognition(OCR) technology, BYJU'S introduced the Snapbook feature in India, effectively facilitating a transition from traditional books to the Phygital Immersion.

However, post-beta launch only 41,077(0.04%) of BYJU'S user base actively used this feature which was considered to be the next big “Hero feature.”
